Day 1 – Arrival & Goriška Brda
Arrive at the airport and transfer to the Goriška Brda region, often described as the “Tuscany of Slovenia.” Check in to a boutique hotel or countryside farmstay. Begin your culinary journey with a wine tasting that may include varietals like ribolla, chardonnay, pinot blanc, pinot gris, merlot, and cabernet sauvignon.

Day 2 – Goriška Brda – Vipava Valley – Karst Region
