Day 1 – Arrival in Kranjska Gora

Arrival at Ljubljana Airport and shared transfer to Kranjska Gora. Spend your first evening relaxing in this picturesque alpine town surrounded by the Julian Alps.

Dinner and overnight in Kranjska Gora.

Day 2 – Planica & Tamar Valley

Visit Planica Nordic ski centre, famous for ski jumping. Hike the flat trail to Tamar Valley, a peaceful alpine basin framed by high peaks, and optionally continue to Nadiza Spring. Return via Zelenci Nature Reserve, known for its emerald-green waters. Free afternoon to explore Kranjska Gora (e.g., Lake Jasna or bike ride to nearby Italy).

Day 3 – Pokljuka Plateau & Bohinj

Day 4 – Bled & Peričnik Waterfall

Visit Lake Bled, with its picture-perfect island. Take a traditional pletna boat ride to the island and sample the famous kremšnita cake. Explore Bled Castle perched on a cliff above the lake. Continue to Vrata Valley for a hike to the stunning Peričnik Waterfall, one of Slovenia’s highest and most spectacular waterfalls.

Day 5 – Vršič Pass, Slemenova Špica & Soča Valley

Day 6 – Škocjan Caves & Ljubljana

Day 7 – Velika Planina
